Join the Rude Mechanicals, in residence at the Greenbelt Arts Center, for their 2026 production of Romeo & Juliet: A Comedy by Lope de Vega, directed by Liana Olear.
Contemporary with Shakespeare’s famous work and based on the same older story, Lope de Vega’s hilarious twist on the star-crossed lovers offers plenty of laughs to anyone who might have ever wished Romeo and Juliet a happier ending.
Performance will run at the Greenbelt Arts Center (123 Centerway, Greenbelt MD) on the following dates:
